The Best Camera...

People often say the best camera is the one you have with you at the time, which is fine in theory but doesn't always work in practice at times. Yesterday saw us toddle over to Shelsley Walsh for the monthly petrolhead meeting they hold, where a pretty enthusiastic bunch of car owners gather for a good hearty breakfast and wander around the paddock area, enjoying the array of beautiful supercars and other automotive glory on show.

It's a great chance to get up close and personal with some serious super cars, along with the classic and sometimes the quirky.

It's also a great opportunity for a catch up and a good natter with people you don't see too often and due to this, for the most part once again, I spent most of the time eating a hearty breakfast and chatting with a great bunch of people I haven't seen for a good while.

Of course, this conspired in stopping me from taking the photos I had hoped to and to my own annoyance I managed two. That's it, a measly two pictures taken but the consolation was we had a jolly good natter with some dear old faces we hadn't seen in such a long time.

A note to myself, in future make sure there's time for photos!
